By accessing and using StreamTrickle's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

StreamTrickle provides lead generation and advertising optimization services through our proprietary platform. Our services include:

• Multi-channel lead generation campaigns
• AI-powered targeting and optimization
• Real-time analytics and reporting
• Customer support and account management

3. Pricing and Payment

Our services are provided on a per-lead basis with the following pricing structure:

• Starter Plan: $40 per qualified lead
• Professional Plan: $50 per qualified lead
• Enterprise Plan: $60 per qualified lead

Payment is due upon delivery of qualified leads. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers for enterprise clients.

4. Lead Quality Guarantee

We guarantee that all delivered leads meet your specified criteria. If a lead does not meet your requirements, we will provide a replacement lead at no additional cost or issue a full refund for that lead.

5. Data Privacy and Security

We are committed to protecting your privacy and the privacy of the leads we generate. All data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws including GDPR and CCPA.

6. Intellectual Property

The StreamTrickle platform, including all software, algorithms, and proprietary technology, is owned by StreamTrickle and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our technology without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

StreamTrickle's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you will be responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Mexico, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New Mexico.
