3. Pricing and Payment

• Late payments may incur additional fees
• Refunds are provided only for leads that do not meet agreed-upon qualification criteria

We guarantee that all leads provided meet the following criteria:

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Not resell or redistribute leads to third parties
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary methodologies

6. Data Protection and Privacy

We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of all data processed through our platform. 7. Limitation of Liability

Lakesideway's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding invoices become immediately due and payable.

9. Intellectual Property

All proprietary algorithms, methodologies, and technologies used in our lead generation process remain the exclusive property of Lakesideway. Clients receive a limited license to use leads provided for their business purposes only.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in San Antonio, Texas.
